Jean-Damien Pô is appointed as director of human resources, strategy and forward planning at Saur

Executive Chairman Louis-Roch Burgard has appointed Jean-Damien Pô as the new Saur Director of Human Resources, Strategy and Forward Planning. He will also be a member of the executive committee. Jean-Damien Pô is 43, a former student of the Ecole Normale, a graduate of the Institut d’Etudes Politiques de Paris and a PhD. He has 20 years’ of experience that combines human resources with strategic analysis. He began his career at the Fondation pour la Recherche Stratégique before joining Gaz de France in 2001 as an analyst in the strategy department. He was also sherpa and speech writer to the Chairman of the Gaz de France Group. In 2004, he joined the Institut de l’Entreprise, the employers’ think tank chaired by Michel Pébereau, as research director, progressing in 2008 to become its CEO. In 2011, he was appointed as secretary to the executive committee and human resources development director at Vinci, with direct responsibility for the professional development of the Group's senior management team. In 2014, he took over responsibility for the human resources and sustainable development department of Eurovia, the Vinci Group subsidiary specialising in road infrastructure construction and maintenance. His final role with Vinci was as director of the Léonard project, with full responsibility for shaping this new Vinci entity which combines market monitoring with forward planning and accelerated development of internal and external startups. Jean-Damien Pô will be active in his new role from 22 August.
