- Affirming your place as a woman at sea or in a company, what does that inspire you?
I'm inspired by the teamwork that inhabits sailors as a magic and challenging model for the managers who want to carry out their missions. Both are two good examples of strong teamwork that require a unique blend of commitment, adaptability, adventure and compassion to achieve a common goal.
