Denial of rumours regarding a possible merger between the Saur Group and FCC

Today’s edition of Le Monde reports rumours of a possible merger between the Saur Group and the Spanish company FCC.I formally deny the existence of any such discussions between the respective management teams of the Saur Group and FCC, as well as any possibility of a merger involving the two companies.

I also note that the FCC management team has itself denied having “any interest whatsoever in Saur.
