Saur restructures its governance and announces a series of new appointments

Today, Saur is announcing a number of new arrivals and appointments as part of restructuring its governance. This process includes the creation of a smaller General Management Committee. These governance decisions reinforce implementation of the Initiative 2023 corporate plan.

The General Management Committee meets weekly under the chairmanship of Executive Chairman Louis-Roch Burgard. Its members are as follows:
