Xavier Savigny is appointed Group Senior Executive Vice President Human Resources, Organisation and Transformation

Saur announces the appointment of Xavier Savigny as its Group Senior Executive Vice President Human Resources, Organisation and Transformation on 8 April.

A graduate of the University of Compiègne and the École Supérieure des Sciences Économiques et Commerciales (ESSEC), Xavier Savigny began his career at Otis France in 1993, and subsequently occupied a series of increasingly responsible positions with the company until 2010 and his appointment as its US-based Vice President Human Resources Worldwide.

At the end of 2012, he returned to France to join Bureau Veritas, a leader in testing, inspection and certification employing more than 75,000 people in 140 countries. As a member of its Executive Committee, he served as Executive Vice President Human Resources before leaving in 2018 to become Group Human Resources and Transformation Director at Scor, one of the world's leading reinsurers.

Reporting directly to Executive Chairman Patrick Blethon, Xavier Savigny is also a member of the Saur Group Executive Committee.
