Saur completes the acquisition of Aqua-Chem

Saur Group announced today that it has completed the acquisition of the American water purification company Aqua-Chem, in accordance with the terms announced on March 15th, 2022 and after having received clearance from the antitrust authorities.

Aqua-Chem is integrated within Nijhuis Saur Industries (NSI) and becomes Saur’s North American platform for Industrial Water. With the addition of Aqua Chem, the Group’s industrial customers are benefitting from a portfolio of advanced water purification and process water treatment solutions with unique references in the pharmaceuticals & life sciences, beverage, energy as well as the military industries.
