With more than forty years of presence in Normandy – at its premises in Grentheville – Saur France continues to strengthen its local roots by bringing its teams closer to Norman users. Based in the North-West region and under the vice-presidency of Charles Rozoy, Saur France serves the municipalities of the five Normandy territories thanks to its two operating divisions, 95 production stations and 152 distribution sites covering almost 7,000
km of network.
The new 1,000 m² premises also house an Operational Control Centre (Centre de Pilotage Opérationnel – CPO), responsible for constantly monitoring the performance of the service and optimising the management of water resources for the benefit of local users. The customer service department, also based in Ifs, improves proximity to local residents, ensuring direct communication with their service provider.
In addition, logistics activities and the works and maintenance departments have been relocated to Garcelles-Secqueville, providing emergency parts and a prefabrication workshop for equipment work and the construction of treatment and pumping facilities, less than five minutes from the new premises.
