Saur sells Bluegreen to Groupe Duval

Bluegreen employs around 730 people in its French golf course management operations, and reported annual revenue of some €60 million for 2021.

Generating annual revenue of €1.7 billion in 2021, Saur is a European leader and specialist in the provision of water supply and wastewater treatment infrastructure management services to local authorities and industrial users.

This transaction is just one component of the Saur strategy to refocus on its core business of water management. On February 7th this year, Saur announced the new roadmap developed to establish the Group as champion of the water transition, and grow its revenues to €3 billion by 2030.

Completion of the deal is subject to approval by French regulators.
