Your challenges
Compact and efficient biological process based on the Sequencing Batch Reactor.
Space constraints
CYCLAFLUX® combines multiple treatment functions in one tank, minimizing footprint. It is especially suited to narrow areas, architectural integration, or unfavorable soils.
Need for comprehensive and reliable treatment
Plants must remove carbon pollution, nitrogen, and phosphorus while ensuring excellent sludge settling. With its sequential operation and anti-bulking selector, CYCLAFLUX® delivers consistent performance. It adapts to variable loads without compromising efficiency.
Modernization, flexibility, and scalability
CYCLAFLUX® is modular: each cell can be isolated or added as needed. A major advantage for scalable plant management
Operating with simple operation
Automated, intuitive, and reliable, CYCLAFLUX® runs on programmed sequences with advanced instrumentation (O₂, NH₄⁺, NO₃⁻, TSS). Operation is simplified, and performance is sustained over time.
How does it work ?
CYCLAFLUX® operates as a cyclic process using 2 to 4 alternating tanks, each performing feeding, aeration, settling, and discharge in a controlled sequence.
Clarification is built directly into the reactor, removing the need for separate settling structures.
This integrated design enables precise, real-time control of the entire treatment process for optimized performance.

Complete and controlled biological treatment
CYCLAFLUX® effectively treats COD, nitrogen, and phosphorus. Its built-in anti-bulking selector improves sludge index and dewaterability. It performs consistently, even under variable conditions.
Compact and integrable
No separate settling tank means smaller footprint. CYCLAFLUX® is easy to house in a building or under cover. It’s ideal for architecturally sensitive sites.
Reliable and automated
The process is fully automated with continuous sensor feedback. It ensures stable treatment without constant operator input. A modern solution for optimized management.
Modular and scalable
The number of cells can be adapted to load and operational needs. CYCLAFLUX® allows adding lines without interrupting service. A technology designed to grow with municipalities.
