The activities of Saur Solidarities complement the actions undertaken by the Group in favor of corporate social responsibility. The mission of Saur Solidarities is to develop, create, or participate in initiatives that promote solidarity and local development in regions both in France and abroad. These actions can be carried out in the following areas :
Water and sanitation
Water is at the core of Saur’s business, and the endowment fund provides support to this essential area. Ensuring a supply of high-quality drinking water, proper sanitation infrastructure, and the sustainable management and protection of water resources – through funding or the implementation of supply solutions – is a key priority.
Professional integration
As a local partner in fields that offer employment opportunities across all skill levels, Saur Solidarities provides tailored solutions suited to the local context of the territories to promote the integration of young people and individuals facing difficulties. The fund also supports the employment of people with disabilities, helps develop skills to combat discrimination, and fosters equal opportunities.
Disability
Saur Solidarities contributes to improving the quality of life for people with disabilities, thus fostering a more inclusive and supportive society. Medical research, the development of adapted technologies, public space accessibility, as well as educational and cultural programs, are all areas the endowment fund seeks to address.
