2. Ownership of the rights / disclaimer / hypertext links

Ownership of the rights:
With the exception of any elements belonging to our partners, all the elements of this Site (including the registered trademarks, domain names, texts, images, graphic design, logos, sounds, photographs, animations, databases, and the very structure of the Site itself) are the property of Saur or are covered by a lawful usage license. The Site is therefore protected by national and international intellectual property rules, and in particular those governing trademarks, patents and copyright. Therefore, any full or partial reproduction, showing, rebroadcasting, use, distribution, copying, distortion, transmission, adaptation, de-compilation or translation, on any electronic or other medium, whether current or future, are prohibited, save with the prior express written authorisation of Saur. Similarly, no right or license may be granted over any of the elements of the Site without the prior written authorisation of Saur or of the third parties that hold the rights over these elements. Any violation of Saur’s rights may constitute an infringement of intellectual property rights, a tort, an infringement of the image rights and other rights of persons, for which the perpetrator may incur civil and criminal liability. This shall apply for instance to images and photographs of natural persons or of locations featuring on the Site, whether owned by Saur and/or used by Saur with the permission of the rights holders. Similarly, any databases containing information are protected by law, and anyone who extracts or attempts to extract quantitatively or qualitatively significant amounts of data from them without permission may be held civilly and criminally liable.

Disclaimer:
Although Saur does everything in its power to secure the Site, access to the Site and its contents, Saur hereby disclaims liability for any damage that users may incur by accessing or using the Site, including any virus that might infect their computer equipment or damage caused to any other property. It is up to you to perform your own anti-virus checks. Similarly, Saur hereby disclaims liability for any error or omission in the information that is published on the Site.
