Context
Introduced by the 2018 French law on freedom to choose one’s professional future, the “Professional Equality Index” measures the pay gap between women and men using five indicators:
- The gender pay gap
- The gap in the distribution of individual pay raises
- The gap in the distribution of promotions (only in companies with more than 250 employees)
- The number of female employees who received a pay raise upon returning from maternity leave
- Parity among the 10 highest-paid employees
An excellent result in 2024
For the second consecutive year, Saur’s UES EAU has achieved an exceptional score of 99/100.

Equality index: in 2024, Saur’s UES EAU achieved an excellent score of 99/100 for the second consecutive year, continuing its upward trend over the last five years:

- 2020: 89/100
- 2019: 78/100
Balanced representation in management positions: in 2024, Saur achieved a score of 19% (senior executives) and 63% (executive committee).
