Announcements for Saur group’s Organization
Saur today announces two appointments within its Executive Committee, effective January 1, 2024. The group is entering a new phase of acceleration for the Mission Water 2030 plan, aiming to position Saur as a champion of water transition. This new organization aims to enable the group to seize all growth opportunities in its current and future markets.
Marie Francolin is appointed Senior Executive Vice President in charge of Strategy, Sustainable Development, Innovation and Services.
This appointment aims to strengthen Saur's sustainable business model, focusing on profitable growth for all stakeholders, with sustainable development at the core of all strategic decisions.
Marie Francolin brings over 10 years of experience in the public sphere, both in France and internationally. She has held various positions in international organizations and ministerial offices. Marie Francolin joined the Saur Group in September 2021 as Chief of Staff and, in 2022, assumed the role of overseeing the deployment of the strategy, sustainable development, and communication within the Group's Executive Committee. She is a graduate of Sciences Po Paris.
Estelle Grelier is appointed CEO of Saur France.
She will be responsible for the Water Business Unit in France, which is transitioning to a more unified and efficient structure by consolidating regional territories, providing them with critical and homogeneous revenue and the necessary resources in terms of operations and commerce.
Estelle Grelier has been involved in public life for nearly 20 years, serving as a Member of the European Parliament, a national deputy, and then Secretary of State for Territorial Communities. She has developed recognized expertise in public sector issues and economic attractiveness. She also chairs the Board of Directors of Business France. Within the Saur Group for the past 5 years, she has been actively involved in the strategic transformation of the company initiated by Patrick Blethon and has led its operational implementation in service to clients. She is a graduate of the IEP of Grenoble and holds a DESS in Franco-German relations from the University of Strasbourg III.
The organization of the Group's operations will evolve to include major projects (CCO) to benefit from methods specific to industrial sites. The current quality and customer satisfaction departments will merge to strengthen their impact and efficiency in customer satisfaction. The Group's operations will remain under the responsibility of Silham El Kasmi, Senior Executive Vice President of Group Operations.
At the operational level, the Saur International department will integrate a new "French Territories, Adjacent Geographies, and Government Relations" department dedicated to commercial development in French territories and countries with close ties to France. The international department will continue to be under the responsibility of Nader Antar, President of Saur International.
