Didier Michaud-Daniel will provide executive leadership of the Group and its principal decisions in close alignment with the Supervisory Board, while Jean-Paul will lead day-to-day management, working closely with the Business Unit leaders and the Executive Committee.
Jean-Paul Michel brings more than 35 years of experience in international industrial businesses, including operational transformation and financial management. He previously led Forvia’s Interiors Business Group and Clarion Electronics Business Group.
Saur’s strategy remains unchanged, and the Group is well positioned for its next phase of growth. Didier and Jean-Paul will work with Saur’s experienced Executive Committee to build on a strong platform and make the most of the opportunities ahead in municipal and industrial water, with each business unit focused on delivering against its established strategic priorities while a permanent Group Chief Executive Officer is selected.
Patrick joined Saur in late 2019. Under his leadership, the Group grew from approximately €1.5 billion of revenue in 2019 to approximately €2.3 billion in 2025 and developed into one of the leading international pure-play water platforms, serving both municipal and industrial customers. Saur materially expanded its international presence, built a scaled Industrial Water business and further strengthened its position in France. These achievements give Saur a strong platform from which to keep growing, in France and internationally.
